FORMS | CPU Stormin' Archers

The archery season runs November – March with ten archery tournaments during the season. New Archers will be required to attend six 45 minute sessions in November to become familiar with archery rules, string bows and equipment.

Complete the steps below to join the team.

STEP 1

PRIOR TO COMPLETING REGISTRATION

All archers are required to have a DNR# and sign an online waiver form.

If you are a new archer click on the link and select Log in to Register then click on +Create Account. This will open the DNR form that you must complete. Once you have your DNR# created you can go back to the initial link and enter archers information to complete the online waiver.

If you are a returning archer (already have a DNR#) click on the link select Log in to Register and enter archers information to complete the online waiver.

All archers and guardians must read the Code of Conduct prior to registration. We encourage you to download the document for future reference.

Costs:

Practice only: $55

Practice & 1/2 Bullseye tournaments: $70

Practice & all Bullseye tournaments: $85

Bow rental: $10

Bow deposit: $100

If the bow is returned in working, order the deposit check will not be cashed.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE

Any archer may apply for financial assistance. Applications for financial assistance are due October 19, 2025. Recipients will be notified of award by November 1, 2025.
